1.) Sit in easy pose with a straight spine. The hands are resting on your knees with the palms upward. The eyes are nine-tenth closed.
Chant from your heart in a natural, relaxed manner, chanting in a steady relaxed monotone or in the manner of Kirtan kriya, the Sa Ta Na Ma meditation.
Mantra: Sa Ta Na Ma Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung
Start with 11 minutes and slowly work up to 31 minutes.
End: Inhale, hold the breath for 20-30 seconds while you move every part of your body. Exhale. Repeat two more times. This is for self healing.
